I’m a somatic art therapist and counselor, which means I bring together body awareness and creative expression to support emotional healing and personal growth. In our sessions, you’ll have the option to explore art-making, mindfulness, gentle movement, or breathwork - but talking is always welcome too. My approach is flexible and client-centered. Some people like to draw or paint as they process, while others prefer conversation, guided visualization, noticing what is happening in their body, or exploring thought patterns and limiting beliefs. The intention is to meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, or a life transition, all while supporting a deeper connection between mind, body, and emotions.

As a somatic art therapist and counselor, I support people in reconnecting with their body and creativity. In our sessions, you might explore art making, like painting or drawing, along with mindfulness, gentle movement, breathwork, or guided visualization. We’ll always go with what feels most comfortable for you, and if talking is what you prefer, that’s just as valuable. This approach can be especially supportive when life feels overwhelming, whether you’re feeling stressed, navigating a difficult experience, or moving through a big transition, because it helps bring your mind, body, and emotions back into connection.
